...and My Results

So I didn't finish a ton of hexagons last night. I only finished 12 of the red ones needed for the bow and berries. Which isn't too bad considering my back was bothering me :( I hope everyone had a great time last night and had fun creating :)

The Rest of My 1st Friday Night Sew In

I had a fantastic time sewing and creating last night :) After designing the little Christmas Wreath pattern, I picked out fabric from my stash and then went to work :)

The Wreath Design.....

Woo Hoo.... Friday Night Status

I am getting there :) I have finished hand appliqueing (sp?) the flower onto the background. I just did a quick design for a Christmas Wreath Wall Hanging, it had been floating in my brain until a little bit ago......

My Little Buddy....

So I wanted everyone to know that I have a little buddy that will be helping me tonight at the Friday Night Sew In.... Is that against the rules?

Friday Night Sew In....

So I am going to try something new this evening. It is cold and rainy in Central New York so why not join the Friday Night Sew In http://handmadebyheidi.blogspot.com/2010/07/july-friday-night-sew-in-and-giveaway.html
Not sure what I am going to work on, but I will find something :)

On to the next thing in my pile of UFOs

The next project that I am going to work on is finishing my English Paper Piecing wall hanging. The pattern is from Mountain Patchwork http://www.mountainpatchwork.com/ and is my first real attempt at English Paper Piecing. It was a good project to keep me occupied during a recent road trip with my husband :) It isn't finished yet, I have to applique the "flower" to the background and thenquilt it and add some embroidery, I will post more pictures as I progress...

Ta Da....

I have finished a couple of things recently, albeit small, they are complete. Thanks to the Moda Bakeshop http://www.modabakeshop.com/ for the inspiration :)
